GETTING STARTED Once you check in, you will receive an email confirmation with access to the Members Only page. Next time you access the website, you will login instead and let your instincts lead you to the Members Only page.

ORDER POLICY Once you have submitted your order form, you will receive an order confirmation email with an invoice. Your order will be processed as soon as the invoice has been paid. The estimated processing time for pre-orders is 11 to 14 business days after payment.

SHIPPING We offer free shipping on all shock drops and special offers advertised on our Instagram page @TheYardClothingCo. Shipping cost for large orders is calculated on a "per order" " per item" or " per pound" basis and is based on the shipping address and preferences provided.

SALES TAX As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before your submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete

PREORDERS Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a longer turnaround time. As each piece is made to order, all items purchased outside of our advertised shock drops will be considered pre-orders.The estimated processing time for pre-orders is 11 to 14 business days after your  order. confirmation email. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships with a tracking number for your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY As each piece is made to order, all sales are final after the invoice has been paid. If you are not satisfied with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, please contact us within 24 hrs so that we can make it right. Examples of what is not considered defective: • Worn stitching or frayed webbing due to normal wear • Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage • Stained or worn product • Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman, ot samples • Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within the return window.

RETURN POLICY In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than final sale) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at theyardclothingco@gmail.com to approve a return for store credit. We reserve the right to deny returns from senders without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 24 hours of item delivery. No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the hang tag has not been removed). Examples of final sale items include custom orders, large orders, and shock drop orders.
