  • Return & Exchange Policy

    All of our items are made to order using genuine leather and high-quality wool materials. Due to the custom nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

    We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If your order arrives with any defects or damage, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue when reporting a concern.

    Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

    Requests made after the 72-hour window or for reasons other than manufacturing defects will not be accepted. Thank you for supporting our made-to-order process.

  • Pre-Order Deposit

    In response to feedback regarding deadline extensions and a second  order cycle, We are introducing an additional way to facilitate ordering your Limited Edition Legacy Varsity Letterman Jacket.

    With over 100 Sorors looking forward to getting this statement piece ordered, a deposit will be accepted to secure the last 10 jacket purchases needed to reach our minimum and close orders.

     

    Once the deposit is received, your jacket will be added to the bulk order and shipped to you upon receipt of final payment. Remaining payments will be made directly on the product page, a discount code will be provided to apply toward your total at checkout.

     

    The deposit and remaining payments can be made through the same available payment methods, ApplePay, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zelle. Please note the processing fees associated with your chosen payment methods.

     

    *We have received inquiries about a second round of orders, which we are more than happy to accommodate, but we want to caution against delaying your purchase, as a minimum is unlikely to be reached twice, meaning we would not be able to secure bulk pricing! All products are made with 100% genuine materials. Some designs are shown in Red and Crimson. Orders will be ready within 5-7 business days after the order is accepted. Orders for crewnecks & hoodies will take 7-14 business days.  Orders for Leather or Wool apparel  will be processed within 14-20 business days.
